LW Flooring offices and warehouses will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

LW Flooring does not currently sell to individual home owners. However, we are happy to refer you to the closest dealer in your area.

The dealer who purchased our material, if it falls within our return policy guidelines, may return the material.

If you are a homeowner, ask the store you purchase the material from to file a claim with LW Flooring. We review and investigate each claim promptly.

You are welcome to get a second opinion by contacting an independent, certified flooring inspector.

If the certified inspector finds a warranty-covered issue with the flooring, please submit a copy of the findings to our claims department to have your claim reevaluated.

All products are allowed an acclimation period of 24-48 hours under normal living conditions.
